Recipes

Cooking is relaxing to me…Thanksgiving is my favorite Holiday.

Over the years, I have found ways to cook with just about anything.  My spice cabinet is bigger than any other cabinet in my kitchen.  I have learned to make use of whatever I have on hand, to make masterpieces.  Food is comfort, family, love.  For years, people have asked me what is my secret…”Why is it that when I ask for your recipe and use it, it never tastes like yours?” I don’t really know the answer to that, except that I really feel that the secret ingredient is Love.

I rarely use measuring spoons.  That is why it is somewhat difficult to write a recipe down and share it with others.  My suggestion is go with what you feel.  It is like creating a painting or a beautiful piece of art.  There has to be emotions, love behind what you are making…

This page will collect all of the recipes that I share in my posts.  (Just be forewarned that the amounts are estimates and use your own creativity.  These recipes are not meant to be followed exactly.)
